You will be allocated a personal consultant best suited to your needs. You can tell them who you want to pay, the currency you need and the amount. You will receive a quote for an exchange rate and advice on the amount of foreign currency that will be due to you.
Once you have accepted the quote, the exchange rate is guaranteed and will not change. The foreign currency you have requested is officially booked for you.
You will then receive written confirmation of the transaction to show the currency you have purchased and the exchange rate agreed.
Pay for the purchased currency via electronic transfer and we will deliver it on time, as per your request.
